As people age, many times maintaining a healthy
lifestyle becomes less important to them. What we want to try and do is to remind the elderly that living a nutritional lifestyle
in how you eat and exercise is exciting and always important. Our main idea is for them to keep a diary of what they are eating.
The clients will include what they are eating, how they are feeling, and be able to ask any questions that they seem to be
struggling with. The participants will do this by a computer software program (placed on a CD-ROM) that will give them many
choices to different food groups, which they can pick from. The program will formulate a plan for them which they can carry
with them in the future as a guide to eating the right way.
